The official ribbon-cutting for the community's new Story Walk was a great success! Families enjoyed each page of George the Hero Hound, this season‘s featured book. Every child received their very own copy of the book and a colorful kite to take home. Thank you to Stone Bank for providing snacks and to the amazing face painters. The face painting station was a hit with the kids! Save the Children wants to thank all who attended and the sponsors who made this event a success.

If, in the event a tornado warning is issued for our area when students are on campus, we will immediately send them to their designated safe area. Please understand that once our students are in their safe area, no one will be allowed to check out of school until the "all clear" is given. Also, during the school day please understand that MVSD students and staff only will be allowed in the designated safe areas due to the amount of space. If an early release is warranted, you will receive a call via our electronic messaging system. Thank You.
