Guidelines for applying to MVSD Virtual learning
APPLICATION DEADLINE: AUGUST 9, 2021
FALL SEMESTER 2021
*Applications must be picked up in the Superintendent’s Office.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY.
Students applying for consideration in this program must meet one of the following two qualifying conditions:
*A student applying for this program will need a statement from a medical doctor describing the medical diagnosis and a statement for the need for digital learning for the student.
*Prior success in on-line learning (2.0 GPA, No D’s or F’s, and credits awarded) will be mandatory for admission.
MVSD Digital Learning will be provided by contracted entities and no MVSD teachers will be involved.
*The application for the program is good only for one semester at a time. If a student is accepted into the program, a one semester commitment is required. The application would be re-evaluated at the end of each semester.
*Students will be required to participate in state mandated assessments. This will require them to come on site for the state testing.
